Very nice Anniversary Celebration!
amazing staff beautiful celebration
The staff team showed great hospitality. Princess, Sarah, and Sumon surprised us with a beautiful celebration for our 11th wedding anniversary. Their effort and attention to detail meant a lot to us!
While sitting in the lobby, I was looking for a better deal. Security investigated me in a rude way. He forced me to book from reception, so I felt quite offended by his actions.

The location is easily accessible. I could walk around the marina and a long road. It has many shops and restaurants, like Raising Canes.

Fantastic stay with excellent service!
helpful staff prompt service
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They were really nice! Our room was very clean, and housekeeping visited almost three times daily, AMAZING!!! Room service was also quite prompt and efficient. I especially enjoyed the Greek restaurant. The food was AMAZING!!!
One minor inconvenience, the music around the pool area could be loud. It was occasionally difficult to relax fully with the music volume.

The concierge provided excellent assistance and was very resourceful with local information. Staff members were polite and readily available to assist with requests. The service enhanced the experience!!!

The room was well-kept with fresh towels and linens supplied daily. Air conditioning was efficient, and the temperature was easily adjustable. The room included a minibar stocked with a variety of beverages and snacks.

i stayed in a beautiful king bed room it was modern and super clean i found the staff very attentive throughout my stay the azure beach club added an extra layer of class the private beach allowed skyline views without crowds.

narrow beach overcrowded sun loungers
The breakfast buffet was good.
The beach was a complete disaster. It was absurdly narrow, with overcrowded and uncomfortable sun loungers poorly arranged. Guests from a neighboring hotel invaded the area and commandeered the 'private' beach by laying out their towels.

the room was super clean each day housekeeping dressed the bed in different themes each day. the location is easily accessible the tourist guide at the front desk was the best.
the pool was taken over early each morning to reserve deck chairs.
